We maintain flexible order quantity policies to accommodate diverse client needs. Typically, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for our paper boxes is set at 500 pieces, while that for paper bags stands at 1000 pieces. For special order quantity requirements, we are fully capable of providing tailored support to meet your specific demands. Additionally, we offer tiered discount incentives for large-volume orders to deliver greater value to our clients.

The production lead time for our paper boxes and bags ranges from 15 to 25 working days, which is subject to the specific product specifications (e.g., structural complexity, printing techniques) and order volume. In case of tight delivery schedules, we offer priority production support—our team can initiate internal resource adjustments (including optimized workflow scheduling and dedicated production teams) to fulfill your urgent order requirements, provided the customization details are confirmed in advance.

We provide sample services prior to the formal placement of your order. The sample fee and shipping costs shall be borne by the customer initially. Should your order quantity meet the large-volume standard specified in our policy, the pre-paid sample fee will be deducted from your final order amount as a rebate.

We are equipped with advanced German Heidelberg printing presses—a benchmark of precision and stability in the global printing industry—to underpin our high-quality printing services. For paper boxes and bags, we offer a comprehensive range of printing technologies to meet diverse customization needs, including water-based printing (eco-friendly, suitable for kraft paper materials), offset printing (high definition, ideal for fine patterns and multi-color gradients), screen printing (thick ink layer, vivid for logos and matte/glossy effects), UV printing (instant curing, scratch-resistant, applicable to special paper surfaces), flexographic printing (efficient for large-volume orders of simple patterns), and digital printing (fast sampling, perfect for small-batch personalized designs).

Regarding color consistency with your provided design draft: we use professional color management systems (such as Pantone Color Matching System) and high-precision colorimeters to conduct pre-printing color calibration. Before mass production, we will also send you a physical color comparison sheet and digital contrast image of the printed sample, ensuring the final product’s color tone, saturation, and detail presentation are fully consistent with your design expectations.

1. Problem Confirmation: Upon receiving your quality feedback (supported by photos/videos of the defective products and order details), our dedicated after-sales team will complete the preliminary verification within 24 working hours; if on-site confirmation is required for complex issues, we will arrange personnel to connect with you within 48 hours.
2. Diversified Solutions: We provide tailored solutions based on your actual needs and project progress:
- Free Replacement/Repair: For defective products that do not affect the overall project schedule, we will produce and deliver the replacement products for free, or arrange professional personnel to repair the repairable defects (e.g., minor printing blemishes) without additional charges, and bear all logistics costs incurred during the process.
- Rush Remanufacturing: If the defective products cause schedule pressure for your business, we will prioritize allocating production resources to remanufacture the order, compressing the production cycle by 30% compared to the standard lead time to ensure timely delivery and avoid impacting your business operations.
- Full/Partial Refund: If you no longer need replacement or remanufactured products due to tight schedules, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the defective goods and process a full or proportional refund according to the actual quantity and severity of the quality issues, with the refund amount credited to your designated account within 3-5 working days.
